If the customer purposefully refuses to fill out any necessary documents (based on the laws of his/her country) to receive the parcel, or refuses to pay customs fees (also based on the laws of his/her country), then in this case, our company will consider that the customer does not want to receive the parcel and we have the right not to refund the money for the items purchased nor reissue the items.

We highly recommend customers to verify in his/her country if there will be any custom fees or documentation required when purchasing abroad items before making a purchase in our store.

We offer free packaging and shipping worldwide and no taxes. Customer is responsible for any custom fees, legal documentation, and keeping track of the parcel.
